plantation as it is today. Each month changes will be made to get it
ready for use in training spiritual leaders. The leaders in charge

acres for the glory of our God. You will see the "before and after"
pictures as the renovation progresses. God is going to transform a
piece of property into a training ground for spiritual leaders. Stay
in touch as God makes the changes in the lives of His leaders. It is
easy to renovate a building, but God transforms the heart of His leaders
during a long process of years. You will see pictures and read the
story of men and women changed as a result of the teaching of the Word of
God. The plans are to start a Christian high school in September,

The San Carlos Plantation has been given to the
Association of Evangelical Berean Churches for the purpose of training
leaders for the "work of the ministry." To see more of the work of
the Association of Berean Churches, you can go to their website at

very near the plantation. It has been projected that within five
years over 800,000 more people will move into this valley. This
donation is strategic in that it will be the center for all "biblical"
training in the valley. At this very moment the Association's
missions committee is starting five new churches in the Tumbaco valley,
for the purpose of reaching the large influx of people. The Berean
Bible Institute is strategically located in this valley to train men and
women in the
Word of God, so they can
are
presently discussing the
training future
young leaders to be prepared to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus
Christ. Pray with us that God would raise up many leaders to finish
the Great Commission that God has given us to do. Pray that God
would be honored and glorified in this major renovation project. If

do? Here is the list: Patch and paint all the walls; replace
the tiles on the all the roofs; renovate all the major rooms to be useful
for school classrooms; build another set of bathrooms; rewire all the
